Uncooked Cookies
Mix in a large bowl:
- 2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix in saucepan:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
Bring to a rolling boil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in:
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Pour this mixture over oatmeal mixture. Drop from teaspoon on wax paper.

Cheesy Spaghetti
Our family loves this recipe. Good served with green beans.
Preheat oven to 350°
Cook and drain 16 oz. spaghetti as directed on package (we break it into smaller pieces before cooking).
Place in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with:
- 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
In separate bowl mix and beat together:
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. prepared mustard
- 1/2 t. salt
- pepper to taste
Pour over spaghetti and cheese. Cover
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Other spices or herbs may be added to change flavor:
- Mexican seasoning
- Italian herbs—our favorite
- Garlic
- Onion
For heartier casserole you may add one or more of the following:
- cooked ground beef
- leftover chicken or turkey
- olives
- onion
- green pepper
- whatever you have on hand
