Dear Reader

As we begin our second year of printing, we marvel at how the Lord has helped and led us along the way. His name is worthy of all praise and honor! We are learning to depend on Him more, looking to Him for grace, strength, provisions, and the content for every issue. And as we send this out, we pray that it will be a blessing and help to you.

Please feel free to write if you have questions. If you are new to this paper, Treasures of the Kingdom is designed for boys and girls ages 5 to 10. Each paper has regular sections as well as additional entries, all printed to be in harmony with Bible Truth and for the purpose of character-building.

We are a Bible-believing family that belongs to the church God built, as described in the New Testament. Our family includes Rick and Krista Erickson and their five children: Laura (19), Skye (18), Joel (17), Kara (15), and Amanda (7). We live on a small acreage and are home educated. The publishing of Treasures of the Kingdom is mainly done by Laura and Joel, with help from others, including contributions from our friends, the Spinks family, and guidance by our parents.
