“Do You Rest on Sunday?”

A person asked me, “Do you rest on Sunday?” God gave commandment to “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy…. in it thou shalt not do any work.”* (Exodus 20:8-11)

Many people believe the sabbath day was changed from Saturday to Sunday. Others believe that the sabbath remains on Saturday, there being no scripture that specifically teaches that the day was changed from Saturday to Sunday. But God’s plan is for us to rest all the time. What do I mean?
