  1. For sacrifice or service,
    We stand in readiness
    To do Thy bidding, Master,
    With joy and faithfulness;
    It matters not what Thou shoudst ask,
    We’ll serve Thee willingly;
    So help us, give us strength and grace
    To labor on for Thee.
  2. Thy call we’ve heard, O Master,
    And hast’ning to obey,
    We rally ’round Thy standard,

    Behold! the battle is begun,
    The host of sin must flee:
    For Thou, O Lord, our Captain, art
    Assuring victory!
  3. We pray Thee, blessed Master,
    Endue us with Thy pow’r;
    Without Thee we are helpless,
    Supply our needs each hour;
    Resolved we are to faithful prove,
    Devoted, Lord, and true:
    In sacrifice or service, we
    Thy will indeed will do.
