This is the day! This is the hour! To prove our God’s almighty pow’r; To follow Him whate’er befall, And answer gladly to His call— To go “without the camp!”
Apart from those who doubt His Word, From those who have denied your Lord! O Christian, hasten to His side, Who for your sin was crucified— And go “without the camp!”
’Tis only now that we can bear In His reproach, our little share; He did not quail before the cost When going forth to save the lost— He went “without the camp!”
And though you here may stand alone— At that Great Day before His throne In robes of righteousness arrayed, What joy to know the choice you made— To go “without the camp!”
