Jephthah knows about God, and his knowledge about God is correct, but Jephthah doesn't know God! Think of this! He is facing the greatest crisis of his life, and he doesn't know God! He only knows about Him.

"Do you believe Jesus has the answers for your needs tonight?" he asked. "Maybe you have suffered many years. You've tried to find peace and rest, but nothing works. Will you come to Jesus? He is able to heal your soul and your body, too."

Jesus' riches made him happy. He didn't worry that they would be used up or stolen. Not at all! He came to share his treasure with us. When people asked for things, he was glad to give them what they really needed.
